We’re currently growing our team and are looking for passionate individuals who value design integrity, detail, and collaboration. ⸻ About the Role: We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Junior Architect with 3–4 years of professional experience to join our studio. The ideal candidate should be proficient in AutoCAD and Rhino, with proven experience in site execution. This role sits at the intersection of design and delivery—perfect for someone who thrives both in the studio and on-site. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: • Draft architectural drawings, detailed working drawings, and construction documents • Develop 3D models and presentation material to communicate design intent • Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and site teams during project execution • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, ensure design adherence, and troubleshoot on-site challenges • Support the senior team with material selection, technical detailing, and documentation • Collaborate closely to maintain design quality from concept to handover • Stay up-to-date with building codes, local regulations, and construction best practices ⸻ Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) • 3–4 years of relevant experience in architecture with significant site execution exposure • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Rhino (knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or Grasshopper is a plus) • Strong understanding of materials, construction techniques, and detailing • Ability to work collaboratively and manage time efficiently • Excellent design sensibility and attention to detail • Good verbal and written communication skills ⸻ Bonus if you have: • Experience in large scale layout projects. • Familiarity with fabrication processes or bespoke architectural detailing • A strong ability to communicate designs via drawings, sketches and illustrations ⸻ To Apply: 📤 Send your Resume and/or Portfolio to careers@wearekul.in with a Covering Letter describing why you want to be a part of the KUL family. Lead coordination with vendors, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless translation of design intent on-site. Oversee execution of project deliverables, maintaining uncompromising attention to detail and design quality. Prepare comprehensive working drawings, construction documents, and material specifications.
