You are a passionate and skilled Technical Business Analyst sought by Kadel Labs, a leading IT services company based in Bhopal. As a key member of the technology team, you will be responsible for end-to-end application development, leading a team of developers, contributing to architectural decisions, and building secure, scalable, high-performance web applications. This hands-on leadership role requires a balance of strong technical expertise with effective people management skills. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving business growth and client relationship management within the IT industry. Your responsibilities will include identifying and engaging prospective clients through targeted lead generation strategies, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, creating compelling sales presentations aligned with client needs, nurturing long-term relationships with existing clients, and maximizing client value through upselling and cross-selling strategies. To excel in this position, you must have a minimum of 7 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in the IT services or software development industry. You should possess a deep understanding of SDLC and current trends in software and application development, along with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills are essential, as well as proficiency in CRM systems and sales productivity tools. Your negotiation and relationship management skills will be crucial in this role, as will your ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
