Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for an Architectural Associate. The Architectural Associate will be responsible for developing architectural designs, producing construction drawings, and managing submittals. The role will also involve utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM) and managing projects to ensure they meet quality and timeline expectations.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Architecture and Construction Drawings
• Experience with Submittals and Building Information Modeling (BIM)
• Project Management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Proficiency in relevant architectural software (e.g. AutoCAD, Revit)
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
