Create comprehensive architectural documentation (system architecture dossiers) , including system diagrams, design specifications, and reference architectures.

Drive continuous improvement and innovation for the Product including migration to cloud.

Collaborates with other Architects, systems analysts and developers to deliver the highest quality solutions via cutting edge technologies.

Define models, including solution patterns, to guide solution decisions.

Participates in all phases of the application development life cycle including research and design, development, testing, implementation and support.

Performs the technical/functional design of the application and infrastructure components of a new solution according to the defined functional design.

Provides expertise on Business processes, change management transformation, function improvement and technology enabling Business processes re-engineering and supports architects during projects.

Research, evaluate, and recommend emerging technologies, tools, and platforms to enhance the organizations IT capabilities.

Monitoring and evaluating the performance and effectiveness of IT solutions, making recommendations for continuous improvements.
Collaboration & Leadership:

Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Act as a subject matter expert for Aras, advising stakeholders on strategic PLM initiatives and best practices.

Collaborate closely with stakeholders across various departments, including business leaders, project managers, and development teams, to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Design, visualize and communicate architectures in different levels of detail from system in context to high level technology choices to functional components.

Communicate the architecture artifacts at highest quality, executive friendly, and easily consumable by a wide audience.

Oversee the implementation of technology solutions, ensuring adherence to architectural standards, governance frameworks, and project timelines.

Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of best practices.

Required Skills:
Experience:

7-9 years of progressive experience in IT roles, with a significant portion in an IT Architect or similar senior technical role.

Proven experience in designing and implementing complex IT solutions across various domains (e.g., applications, infrastructure, data, security).
Technical Skills:
-
In Depth knowledge of Aras Innovator platform in Configuration, Customization, enterprise-level integration.

Hands on experience with AML, workflows, Lifecycle and Nash
-
Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript
-
Experience in Microsoft SQL Server including database design and optimization for Aras
-
Strong understanding of PLM process like Change Management (ECO/ECN), Document Management, BOM Management and Quality Management

Experience with Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
-
Design and implement custom solutions using Aras Innovator API .
-
Ability to implement CI/CD processes for ARAS solutions.
-
Deep understanding of IT infrastructure components (servers, storage, networking, virtualization).

Understanding of enterprise integration patterns and messaging systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).

Deep knowledge of design Patterns.

Good Knowledge on one or more tech stacks, identify alternative tech choices and trade-offs.

Identifying feasible alternatives and freeze on the optimal choice of data structures and advanced algorithms

Very Strong System design and Object Oriented skills with a nifty ability to craft clean interfaces and operate at the right levels of abstraction.

Solid coding skills with the ability to drive teams through massive refactoring exercises and improve coding standards across large codebases.

Good knowledge, understanding and experience of working with a large variety of multi-tier architectures.

Should have been part of scalable product development cycles with either large data handling or large transaction processing exposure.

Experience in designing and building large distributed systems with knowledge on distributed design patterns

Experience and exposure to a variety of large scale persistent systems including large databases.

Cloud Computing

Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, Openshift) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Soft Skills and Documentation:

Create comprehensive architectural documentation, including system diagrams, design specifications, and reference architectures.

Proficiency in architectural modeling tools (e.g., ArchiMate, UML, Draw.io, Class Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams etc).

Exposure to complete product development cycles From Concept to production scaling up, supporting new requirements,re-architectures - the Architects should have seen it all.
