Architect/Tech Lead

As an Architect at Airbus in Bengaluru, India, you will play a crucial role in defining the direction for future IT Products & Services and validating product designs. Your responsibilities will include designing, implementing, and optimizing PLM solutions to streamline product lifecycle management and business processes. With your expertise in ARAS Innovator, you will customize workflows, enhance data security, and ensure seamless system integration while aligning PLM strategies with business objectives. Collaboration with a cross-functional team is essential as you apply strategic thinking to solve complex challenges and drive successful project delivery. The focus will be on the Cabin and Customisation Design Automation product, part of Digital, ensuring automated and seamless E2E use of customer definition for all downstream processes from offer until end of A/C operations, operating in a transnational manner with headquarters in Hamburg, Germany. Your role will involve Architectural Design & Strategy, including designing, developing, testing, documenting, and supporting applications on premises and cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, and Openshift. You will define and drive the technology strategy, develop scalable, secure, and high-performance IT systems, translate business requirements into technical specifications, and enforce architectural standards and best practices for Aras application deployments. Additionally, you will provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to teams throughout the project lifecycle, act as a subject matter expert for Aras, collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, and oversee the implementation of technology solutions while ensuring security, reliability, and compliance with regulatory standards. To succeed in this role, you should have 7-9 years of progressive experience in IT roles, with a significant portion in an IT Architect or similar senior technical role. Strong technical skills in Aras Innovator platform, C#, .NET, JavaScript, Microsoft SQL Server, Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines are required. Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, security principles, network architecture, and encryption protocols is essential.
