• Experience Level:

• Design & Planning Expertise (Point 4):

  • Lead and execute planning, concept design, and presentation drawings for various projects.

  • Proficiency in creating comprehensive, detailed working drawings and ensuring timely submission.

  • Ability to translate design concepts into accurate, constructible plans.

• Regulatory Compliance (Point 5):

  • Development Control and Promotion Regulations (DCPR) 2034

  • Ensure all design and drawing submissions are fully compliant with current statutory regulations.

• Communication & Presentation (Point 3):

  • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills for effective coordination with internal teams, consultants, and statutory bodies.

  • Ability to present design concepts clearly and convincingly to management and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch) from a recognized institution.

• Proven track record in handling project documentation and submission.
