Description
As a Senior Architect at SWBI Architects & Ambience Interiors, you will be responsible for leading design pitches, proposals & RFP responses, presenting to prospective clients, and managing client meetings and approvals. Additionally, you will coordinate with MEP, structural teams, vendors & project teams, conduct site visits to ensure execution aligns with design intent, and mentor mid & junior design team members. Key Responsibilities: - Lead design pitches, proposals & RFP responses including concepts & layouts. - Respond and present to prospective clients & pitch for new projects. - Conduct client meetings, presentations, and manage approvals. - Coordinate with MEP, structural teams, vendors & project teams. - Conduct site visits to ensure execution aligns with design intent. - Mentor mid & junior design team members. Key Requirements: - Degree/Diploma in Architecture or Interior Design - 10+ years experience in corporate interiors (mandatory) - Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp & MS Office - Excellent communication & leadership skills - Strong understanding of materials, codes & industry standards - Ability to manage multiple projects with ownership As a Mid-Level Architect at SWBI Architects & Ambience Interiors, your role will involve leading design pitches, proposals & RFP responses, conducting client meetings, presentations, and managing approvals. You will also conduct site visits, maintain document standards, accuracy & revision logs, and resolve drawing-related queries.
