Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Property Transformation:

  Lead end-to-end revamp of leased or partner-tied properties across multiple verticals — Co-living, Student Housing, Z Hotels, Z Vacations, and Loop Hostelz — ensuring alignment with Zolo’s brand standards.

• Space & Design Planning:

  Collaborate with architects and designers to create optimized layouts, maximize capacity, and design engaging communal areas tailored to each vertical.

• Project Oversight:

  Drive execution of multiple transformation projects simultaneously by managing timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

• Vendor & Stakeholder Management:

  Work closely with contractors, vendors, landlords, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

• Brand & Tech Integration:

  Oversee the integration of Zolo’s tech-enabled ecosystem — from app support and security systems to housekeeping and comfort-driven amenities — across all verticals.
