• Presents layouts in a way that makes clients feel confident and excited.
• Uses design language that builds trust and helps clients visualise their future home.

2. Confident Client Interaction & Closing Support

• Sits comfortably with clients and guides them through:
• Layout options
• Vaastu adjustments
• Space utilisation
• Future expansion possibilities

· Understands client psychology and subtly directs them toward practical + sales-friendly decisions.

· Able to convert doubts into clarity, helping the sales team move the client closer to booking.

3. Fast & Flexible Planning Skills

• Quickly creates concept plans based on client needs.
• Makes instant revisions during the meeting to maintain momentum.
• Delivers drawings fast to avoid delays in the closing process.

4. Real Estate–Aligned Design Knowledge

• Understands plot sizes, setbacks, FAR/FSI, ventilation, car parking, staircase positioning.
• Knows how to design layouts that minimise construction costs but maximise visual appeal.
• Creates plans that are sales-friendly, market-friendly, and customer-friendly.

5. Coordination with Sales & Project Teams

• Works with sales team to understand customer preferences.
• Supports marketing with design inputs (concept renders, sample layouts).
• Helps project team validate if a design is practical, cost-effective, and compliant.

6. Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills

• Speaks clearly and confidently with families, couples, and investors.
• Able to break down technical concepts in simple, easy-to-understand language.
• Presentable, polished, and friendly — someone who creates a positive impression.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Palakkad, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
