Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Architect located in Bengaluru. The Architect will be responsible for designing and developing architectural plans and projects while ensuring effective resource utilization. Daily tasks include creating layout designs, integrating architectural components, overseeing project management, and working closely with clients to meet their requirements and commercial parameters. The Architect will also handle documentation and coordinate project approvals and execution.

Qualifications

• Skills in Architecture and Architectural Design
• Experience in Project Management
• Knowledge of Software Development and Integration
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru
• Experience in engineering and facility management is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
