Architect

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing the construction and renovation of buildings and structures. You should have a strong understanding of architectural design, building codes, construction techniques, and materials.

Key Responsibilities:

Create architectural designs and drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other design tools.

Develop concepts and construction documents in alignment with client goals and local building codes.

Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior design teams.

Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.

Prepare feasibility studies, design proposals, and project presentations.

Communicate with clients, contractors, consultants, and government authorities.

Stay updated on trends, materials, and sustainability practices in architecture.

Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables for multiple projects.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
