Architect

We are looking for an experienced and driven Architect to take the lead on design, planning, and project execution across a variety of architectural developments. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who can balance creativity with construction knowledge, while mentoring young talent and ensuring the highest standards in design delivery.

You’ll play a key role in translating ideas into reality—guiding the process from concept to site handover with both leadership and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead conceptualization, space planning, and detailed design of projects
• Oversee preparation of working drawings, 3D models, and client presentations
• Collaborate with civil engineers, site teams, and consultants for smooth execution
• Review and approve architectural documentation, BOQs, and materials
• Mentor and guide junior architects, ensuring design quality and consistency
• Conduct client meetings, manage design revisions, and ensure project timelines
• Participate in site inspections to verify design adherence and finishing standards

Qualifications:

• B.Arch or M.Arch from a recognized institution

3-5years of professional experience in architectural design and execution

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and Lumion
• In-depth understanding of building codes, construction materials, and site coordination
• Excellent design thinking, team leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and handle client expectations smoothly
