Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Noida. The Architect will be responsible for designing and developing architectural solutions, integrating sustainable practices, and managing projects from concept to completion. Day-to-day tasks include creating design drawings, coordinating with engineering teams, ensuring compliance with accessibility standards, and overseeing construction progress to meet project goals.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design, with strong knowledge of universal design and sustainable practices.
• Experience in Project Management, including the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams effectively.
• Knowledge of Software Development and Integration for design tools and workflows is a plus.
• Proficiency in design software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools, is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with an ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with RPwD Act compliance and green building certifications is an advantage.
