Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Noida. The Architect will be responsible for designing and developing architectural solutions, integrating sustainable practices, and managing projects from concept to completion. Day-to-day tasks include creating design drawings, coordinating with engineering teams, ensuring compliance with accessibility standards, and overseeing construction progress to meet project goals. Qualifications Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design, with strong knowledge of universal design and sustainable practices. Experience in Project Management, including the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams effectively. Knowledge of Software Development and Integration for design tools and workflows is a plus. Proficiency in design software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools, is highly desirable. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field. Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with an ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders. Familiarity with RPwD Act compliance and green building certifications is an advantage.
