Hyderabad or Bangalore Work mode Trianz Office - Hybrid Trianz Grade 6 / 10 ? 15 years / Solutions Architect About Trianz Standard Job Summary The Advanced Analytics and AI Offering Lead is responsible for the definition, development, and go-to-market strategy of cutting-edge analytics and AI solutions for our D&AI practice. You will be an industry expert and develop market-leading, disruptive AI solutions that provide real value and transformation to our customers. You will develop and maintain key partnerships with relevant vendors and technologies that ensure best-in-class solution offerings. You will collaborate with other cross-functional teams to ensure their offerings meet the high demands of your solutions. Job Responsibilities Offering Definition & Delivery: Own the D&AI Practice Language Model & Gen AI + Composite AI & ML Ops offerings, ensuring that they are fully defined and meet industry best standards. Meet Practice revenue objectives. Innovation & Demonstration: Proactively identify disruptive, value-driven use cases and apply them throughout the customer?s journey with Trianz. Lead our AI & Innovation team?s activities to develop PoVs and PoCs that demonstrate value and drive revenue. Solution Design & Delivery: Design and deliver industry-best, responsible AI solutions. Organization-wide collaboration to ensure AI is at the forefront of thinking. Enablement and mentorship of AI-related project delivery. Salesforce Enablement: Ensure that our salesforce competently partners with clients to help advance their AI analytic strategy. Vision & Strategy: Ensure the D&AI Practice?s AI vision, strategy and point-of-view aligns with industry-leading AI best practice technologies, patterns and philosophies. Client Engagement: Regular collaboration and partnership with clients to understand their challenges and needs and respond with responsible AI solutions that transform and drive value. Lead and support proposal development. Leadership: Serve as company-wide AI and Advanced Analytics expert and advise on AI-related initiatives as needed. Manage and mentor Practice AI resources, ensuring quality delivery. Creativity: Be an out-of-the-box thinker and passionate about applying your skills to new and existing solutions alike while always demonstrating a customer-first mentality. Mandatory Qualifications At least 10+ years of experience in advanced analytics, AI, or data science roles, with a proven track record of leading and delivering large-scale AI/ML solutions. 5+ years of leadership experience, managing cross-functional teams, mentoring data scientists, and overseeing project delivery. 5+ years of Experience with driving strategy and executing data-driven solutions within large organizations. Strong understanding and hands-on experience with AI/ML algorithms, deep learning, MLOps and data analytic technology and techniques. Proficiency in programming languages like Python, R, or Scala, and experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras. Competency in delivering AI-solutions to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP using native and 3rd party services and technologies. Knowledge of Big Data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Kafka) and data processing tools. Familiarity with various industry domains such as retail, healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, or other sectors where AI and analytics solutions are prevalent. Demonstrated AI marketplace knowledge and applicability. Collaboration and management experience with technology partners (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) to develop joint solutions. Practical understanding and experience related to data governance, privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), and ethical AI practices. Experience ensuring regulatory compliance and implementing governance frameworks in AI & analytic solutions. Demonstrated, adept communication skills, matching with needs from C-level and technical stakeholders alike. Excellent people and self-management skills demonstrating ability to multitask goals and activities. Additional / Nice-to-have Qualifications Cloud platform (AWS preferred) and relevant AI-related certifications. Required Education Master?s/Bachelor?s degree (or higher) in a relevant field such as Data Science, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
