Job Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for a talented Architect with experience in architectural design, working drawings, interior coordination, and site understanding. The ideal candidate should be skilled in concept development, technical detailing, and client communication.

Key Responsibilities

Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and design presentations.
Prepare working drawings, GFC drawings, sections, elevations, and construction details.
Coordinate with interior designers, draftsmen, 3D visualizers, and site engineers.
Conduct site visits for design checks, measurements, and implementation reviews.
Meet client requirements, prepare presentations, and handle project communications.
Ensure accuracy in design, detailing, and documentation as per project standards.
Modify drawings based on client feedback, technical inputs, and site changes.

Skills & Requirements

Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory), SketchUp/Revit (preferred).
Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, materials, building codes, and standards.
Ability to create clear, accurate plans, elevations, sections, working drawings.
Good understanding of interior layouts and coordination requirements.
Excellent communication and time-management skills.
Minimum 1–5 years of experience in architectural design.
B.Arch degree required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
