Architect

We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in architectural design, project management, team leadership, and hands-on experience with Revit and BIM (Building Information Modeling) architecture. As a Senior Architect, you will oversee the design and delivery of complex projects, collaborate with clients and stakeholders, and ensure that all projects meet the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Project Leadership:

• Lead the design and development of architectural projects from concept to completion.
• Manage project teams, including junior architects, designers, client meetings, and consultants to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
• Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.

2. Design Excellence:

• Develop innovative, functional, and sustainable design solutions aligned with client needs and architectural standards.
• Oversee the preparation of detailed architectural drawings, models, and specifications using Revit.
• Ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes, zoning laws, and regulations.

3. BIM & Revit Integration:

• Utilize Revit for design documentation, modeling, and coordination.
• Manage and implement BIM workflows across various project phases.
• Ensure effective collaboration with consultants through BIM coordination and clash detection processes.

4. Team Collaboration:

• Mentor and support junior architects and designers, promoting a collaborative and innovative studio culture.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams including structural engineers, MEP consultants, and interior designers to ensure design consistency and technical accuracy.

5. Quality Assurance:

• Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and verify adherence to design intent.
• Review and approve construction documents, shop drawings, and material submittals.
• Resolve design-related issues during the construction phase and ensure seamless project execution.

Education:

Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture from an accredited institution.

Experience:

8+ years of experience in architectural design and Shop drawings.

Proven experience in leading large-scale commercial, residential, or institutional projects.

Skills:

Proficient in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and 3d Rendering software.

Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.

Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Strong experience in BIM methodologies and documentation practices.

Deep understanding of construction methods, materials, and architectural detailing.
