Job Description

Role Overview: As a Sr Architect - Industrial Architect, you will utilize your certification and a minimum of 4 years of experience, preferably in industrial projects, to conduct site visits and surveys for assessing site conditions. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the proposed design is feasible and appropriate for the site, promptly addressing any design changes or issues that may arise. Key Responsibilities: - Select materials, finishes, equipment, and fixtures for projects considering factors such as cost, durability, and functionality - Plan and design industrial facilities to be functional, safe, and sustainable - Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards - Obtain necessary permits and approvals - Design fire suppression systems, implement security measures, and create emergency response plans Qualifications Required: - Certified Architect with a minimum of 10 years of experience - Experience in conducting site visits and surveys - Expertise in selecting materials, finishes, equipment, and fixtures - Knowledge of local building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards Additional Company Details: Occasional travel may be required for this position. Working hours and office timing details will be provided as per company policy.,
