Architect

We are seeking a talented and motivated Architect with more than 4 years of experience in commercial and infrastructure building design. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in architectural planning, design development, and project coordination, with the ability to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural concepts, detailed designs, and working drawings for commercial and infrastructure projects.
• Create 2D and 3D models, renderings, and presentation drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and 3ds Max.
• Manage BIM workflows to ensure design accuracy, coordination, and documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including structural, MEP, and civil engineers.
• Prepare technical specifications, material schedules, and design documentation.
• Conduct site visits and coordinate with contractors to ensure design implementation.
• Ensure all designs comply with applicable codes, regulations, and quality standards.
• Contribute creative ideas and sustainable design approaches to enhance project outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience in commercial and infrastructure projects.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of local building codes and construction practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹420,000.00 per year
