Job Description

Interview Mode - Face to face, Phase 8, Mohali. Position Overview: We are seeking a qualified Architect to join our design team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing architectural designs, preparing construction documents, and collaborating with project stakeholders to deliver innovative and functional design solutions. Key Responsibilities: Develop architectural concepts and detailed designs for various project types Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and construction documents Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other project team members Ensure designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and quality Utilize CAD/BIM software to create and modify design documents Participate in client meetings and presentations Manage multiple projects within established timelines and budgets Qualifications: Professional degree/Diploma in Architecture 3 - 5 years of relevant architectural experience Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software Strong knowledge of building systems, materials, and construction methods Excellent visual and spatial awareness Effective communication and project management skills Preferred Skills: Experience with sustainable design principles Knowledge of 3D modeling and rendering software Familiarity with local building codes and regulations Work Environment: Office-based with regular site visits Collaborative team environment #Interiordesigner #Interiordesigningjob #interiordesignerjob #jobsinmohali #mohalijob #Architech #architecture #Exteriordesigner #Architectjob #Architecturejob Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
