Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Develop innovative architectural designs, layouts, and plans based on client requirements and regulations.
Prepare detailed drawings, blueprints, and 3D models using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp.
Coordinate with structural, mechanical, and electrical engineers to ensure design feasibility.
Conduct site visits and oversee project progress to ensure compliance with approved designs.
Research materials, costs, and building codes to recommend sustainable and cost-effective design solutions.
Present design proposals and modifications to clients and stakeholders.
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch).
Proven experience in architectural design and project coordination.
Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, or Lumion.
Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and zoning regulations.
Excellent visualization, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
