Architect Project Coordinator

The Architect Project Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of architectural projects from concept through construction. This role serves as a bridge between the design team, consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure that all aspects of the project run smoothly, stay on schedule, and align with design intent and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors to support project goals and deadlines.
• Assist in developing project schedules, timelines, and deliverables.
• Review architectural drawings and documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with codes and standards.
• Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Organize and manage project documentation, including drawings, specifications, meeting notes, and reports.
• Facilitate communication between internal and external project teams.
• Help ensure quality control and adherence to project requirements.
• Attend project meetings and assist in the preparation of presentations and reports.
• Track RFIs, submittals, and change orders during the construction phase.
• Support permitting and approvals processes with relevant authorities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in architectural practice or project coordination.
• Knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and architectural standards.
• Proficiency in design and project management software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, MS Project, etc.).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and under pressure.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
