Role Overview: You have proven experience (10+ years) in architecting and leading the development of complex web applications using .NET frameworks, ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework, and related technologies. You will provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, guiding them in design, development, and problem-solving. Your strong proficiency in modern web technologies, including experience with Angular, AngularJS, and Blazor, will be beneficial in this role. In-depth understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and architectural trade-offs is required. Exceptional communication skills are necessary, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will define and enforce best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines to ensure consistent quality across projects. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. - Design and architect complex web applications that align with business goals, scalability requirements, and modern technology trends. - Evaluate existing systems, identify areas for improvement, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance system performance, reliability, and maintainability. - Choose appropriate architectural patterns and technologies for each project, considering factors such as security, performance, and maintainability. - Stay up to date with emerging technologies, frameworks, and tools, and provide strategic guidance on their adoption and integration. - Drive the evolution of the technical stack, making informed decisions about technology upgrades, migrations, and integrations. - Engage with clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and priorities. Translate client requirements into technical solutions that meet both functional and non-functional requirements. - Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, fostering an environment of open communication, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement. - Lead code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical brainstorming sessions to ensure the team's collective growth. - Set and maintain a high standard of code quality, reviewing code, and conducting architecture reviews to identify areas of improvement. - Ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within scope, addressing any technical challenges that arise during development. Qualifications: - Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field. - Experience in agile methodologies and leading agile development teams. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically. Additional Details: You should ensure the candidate has effective communication skills and can translate the business requirements to technical team members and vice versa. WebAPI related skills should be given lesser weightage compared to the Communications, Interpersonal skills, Technical analytical capabilities, and .NET with Razor / Blazor. You should be able to review the code written in Angular and Angular JS.,
