Top Concept Engineering Pvt. Ltd. We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Architect-Office Manager to support our design and project. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Architectural design, materials, joinery details, and fit-out construction standards.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Architectural Project Manager located in Bengaluru. The Architectural Office Manager will be responsible for coordinating various aspects of architectural projects, managing submittals, creating and reviewing construction drawings, and ensuring that projects comply with Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) standards. The role also involves overseeing project timelines, budgets, and collaborating with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project completion.

Qualifications

• Skills in Project Coordination and managing Submittals
• Expertise in Architecture and Construction Drawings
• Knowledge and experience with Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) standards
• Strong leadership and team collaboration skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
• Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and project management tools
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
