Job description Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Principal Architect in designing and planning real estate projects. Coordinate with various consultants , including structural, MEP, landscape, and interior designers. Work closely with the liaisoning team to ensure project approvals and regulatory compliance. Prepare preliminary feasibility reports based on UDCPR rules for new project proposals. Create presentations and design reports for stakeholders and investors. Ensure all project-related compliances are met in coordination with legal and regulatory teams. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience working with an architectural firm or real estate developer . Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills . Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit . Good understanding of real estate development regulations and UDCPR guidelines . Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams effectively. Preferred Qualifications: Degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) . Experience in urban planning, real estate feasibility studies, and design development .
