Architect / Architectural Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed

  2D drawings

  and

  3D visualizations

  to communicate design intent and support project execution
• Create comprehensive

  architectural layouts

  and

  working drawings

  in line with client requirements and project specifications
• Ensure design compliance with

  local building codes

  , safety standards, and project objectives
• Collaborate with structural engineers, MEP consultants, site execution teams, and vendors to enable seamless coordination
  
• Conduct

  site visits

  to monitor progress and verify that construction aligns with approved plans
• Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders, and incorporate feedback into refined deliverables
  
• Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technology to improve design quality and project efficiency
  

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture

  from a recognized institution
• Minimum

  2 years of experience

  in architectural design within the real estate or construction sectors
• Proficiency in

  AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit

  , and other architectural visualization and drafting tools
• Strong design and visualization capabilities, with keen attention to detail
  
• Excellent communication and client interaction skills
  
• Knowledge of

  local building codes

  , construction techniques, and site coordination best practices
