Job Description

Meet with clients to understand project requirements, goals, and budget. Develop architectural concepts, layouts, drawings, and 3D visualizations. Create detailed working drawings, construction documents, specifications, and BOQs. Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior, landscape, and other consultants. Visit project sites for supervision, quality checks, and progress review. Ensure designs comply with building regulations, safety standards, and local bylaws. Prepare project timelines and assist in cost estimation and material selection. Lead and communicate effectively with contractors, vendors, and project teams. Modify and update designs based on client feedback and site conditions.
