Job Title: Interior Architect / Interior Designer (B.Arch) Real Estate

Job Summary

Interior Architect (B.Arch)

Key Responsibilities

Design & Planning

Develop interior concept designs, space planning layouts, and mood boards aligned with project requirements.
Prepare detailed architectural drawings, interior layouts, sections, and elevations.
Select materials, finishes, furnishings, and fixtures based on project standards and budgets.
Ensure interior designs are compliant with building codes, safety regulations, and real estate guidelines.

Project Coordination

Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, MEP teams, project managers, and contractors.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and consultants for material sourcing and BOQs.
Conduct site visits for design feasibility checks and quality inspections.
Provide technical support during execution to maintain design integrity.

Documentation & Technical Work

Prepare working drawings, GFC (Good For Construction) drawings, and detailed specifications.
Develop 3D visualizations, renderings, and presentations for clients and internal teams.
Review shop drawings and ensure alignment with design intent.
