Architect in Construction

Job Description: You will be an Architect in Construction at SBP Group, responsible for designing project layouts, drawings, and renovations to ensure architectural structures are followed. Collaborate closely with Project Coordinators to ensure functional, safe, and economical project designs. Your creativity, design skills, and attention to detail will be crucial in overseeing the construction process. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrate high levels of creativity and imagination in architectural design - Utilize Adobe Photoshop, AutoCAD, Google SketchUp, and other software for design and drafting - Manage projects efficiently, including cost analysis, comments, and consultations with senior management - Research and evaluate new building materials and technologies for cost-effective solutions - Prepare architectural and structural drawings for ongoing and upcoming projects - Provide technical support to Project Managers on-site for maintaining structural integrity - Compile periodic reports and updates for project progress and other necessary reports as requested by senior management Qualifications Required: - Possess 5-10 years of hands-on experience in Architecture - Hold a Graduate or Post Graduate degree in Architecture - Exhibit strong organizational, project management, and planning skills - Have excellent problem-solving and mathematical abilities - Show proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, AutoCAD, Google SketchUp, and other relevant software applications - Demonstrate a keen interest in the built environment and dedication to project completion - Ability to work effectively under time and budget constraints - Awareness of environmental and social impacts of architectural projects,
