Job Title: Senior Architect

Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Architect to join our team. The Senior Architect will lead the design and execution of complex architectural projects, manage client relationships, and oversee a team of architects and designers. This role demands a combination of creativity, technical proficiency, and leadership skills, as well as a strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and sustainable design practices.

Key Responsibilities:

● Lead the design process from conceptualization through to completion for a variety of projects, ensuring that they meet client expectations, project goals, and regulatory requirements.

● Collaborate with clients, contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design objectives are met.

● Oversee and mentor junior architects, 3d visualizers, designers, and technical staff, providing guidance and support in their professional development.

● Prepare and present design proposals, reports, and presentations to clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.

● Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring that projects are completed on schedule and within budget.

● Conduct feasibility studies, site evaluations, and risk assessments to inform design decisions.

● Ensure all designs comply with local, state, and national building codes, zoning laws, and other regulatory requirements.

● Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and sustainability practices in architecture and design.

● Review and approve project drawings, specifications, and other documentation to ensure accuracy and quality.

● Lead project meetings, coordinate with project teams, and resolve design-related challenges as they arise.

Basic Qualification:

● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.

● Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing completed projects.

● Proficient in architectural design software (Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp).

● In-depth knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and construction processes.

● Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.

● Experience in sustainable and green building design is a plus.

● Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹720,000.00 per year
