Role Overview

We are looking for a Designer with 2+ years of experience to join our Architecture Team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about delivering high-quality design work. This role involves working closely with Team Leads, collaborating with the studio’s design teams, and contributing meaningfully to concept development, drawings, and presentations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design & Concept Development

• Support the Team Lead in creating strong design concepts for architectural projects.
• Contribute to mood boards, sketches, space planning, and design detailing.
• Develop design options aligned with Tree light’s standards and project requirements.

2. Drawings & Technical Documentation

• Produce high-quality architectural drawings including plans, sections, elevations, and detailed working drawings.
• Prepare tender sets, GFCs, and construction-ready documentation as required.
• Coordinate with Team Leads to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency across drawings.

3. Project Collaboration

• Work collaboratively with senior designers, junior designers, and other internal teams.
• Participate in design reviews, internal meetings, and coordination discussions.
• Incorporate feedback effectively and meet assigned deadlines.

4. Client & Vendor Coordination (When Required)

• Support in preparing client presentations and documentation.
• Liaise with vendors, contractors, and consultants for samples, technical information, and project requirements.

5. Site Coordination (As Needed)

• Visit project sites to understand site conditions, support measurements, and assist in quality checks.
• Document site progress and share timely updates with the Team Lead.

Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
• Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office preferred.
• Understanding of architectural detailing, materials, and construction processes.

Soft Skills

• Strong sense of design, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Good communication and presentation abilities.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to take direction and follow studio processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
