Create architectural plans, working drawings, and layouts for residential, commercial, and solar projects.
Develop 2D and 3D visualizations, renderings, and walkthroughs.
Prepare detailed construction drawings in coordination with engineers and site team.
Assist in planning space utilization, structural detailing, and material suggestions.
Design solar panel layouts integrated with building aesthetics and compliance.
Coordinate with clients for design approvals and revisions.
Ensure adherence to local building codes and project requirements.
Collaborate with draughtsman, estimation, and execution teams for smooth workflow.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, and similar tools.
Strong creative and visualization skills.
Experience in both construction and solar-integrated projects is a plus.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Experience Required:
2–5 years of relevant experience in architecture and design.
