What youll do:

???? Create architectural drawings on AutoCAD that are functional and construction-ready

???? Collaborate with the Brand Lead to bring our clinics aesthetic and functional goals to life

???? Plan layouts around medical equipment, pet flow, and human comfort

???? Handle sourcing for materials, finishes, and fixtures

???? Be the on-site POC during construction to ensure quality control, timelines, and vendor coordination

???? Build spaces that feel warm, clean, and unmistakably Dr. Paws

What were looking for:

? Proficient in AutoCAD

? Understanding of architectural detailing and construction workflows

? Aesthetic sensibility able to translate brand tone into spatial design

? Strong coordination and communication skills (youll be the bridge between design, brand, and build)

? 13 years of relevant work experience preferred

? Comfort around pets is a bonus (but trust us, youll fall in love fast)
