Job Title: Architect Location: Pune Job Type: Full-time Experience: Minimum 3 years (with exposure to multinational projects) Reporting To: BIM Lead / Project Manager Join Our Global Design Team We are seeking a talented Architect with proven experience in BIM and international project collaboration. If you are passionate about detail-driven design and global standards, this is your chance to be part of high-impact, multidisciplinary projects. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage detailed BIM models using Revit and related tools. Translate architectural concepts into accurate construction documentation. Coordinate with MEP, structural, and other teams to ensure clash-free design. Follow established BIM Execution Plans and maintain organized documentation. Support design presentations, working drawings, and client deliverables. Ensure compliance with international codes and client-specific standards. Engage in design reviews, coordination calls, and cross-time-zone meetings. Keep pace with emerging BIM technologies and workflows . Requirements Bachelors/Masters in Architecture. Minimum 3 years of BIM-focused architectural experience on global projects. Strong command of Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks , and collaboration platforms. Sound understanding of global building codes and construction practices. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple deliverables and meet international deadlines.
