Responsibilities

Develop and present architectural designs and concepts that meet client requirements and comply with local regulations.
Collaborate with engineers, planners, and other professionals to create cohesive project designs.
Conduct site visits and assessments to gather information for design development.
Prepare detailed architectural drawings, models, and presentations using CAD software.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and budgets.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
5-10 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and other design tools.
Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and construction standards.
Excellent visual, verbal, and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
