Architect

As an Architect, your role involves preparing building drawings that meet project requirements in terms of aesthetics, practicality, and budget. You will analyze user requirements and contribute to research, conceptual development, and design processes. Additionally, you will be involved in analyzing architectural/engineering alternatives, preparing design documentation, and participating in design exercises. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare building drawings that address project functions while adhering to aesthetics, practicality, and budget constraints. - Analyze user requirements and contribute to research, conceptual development, and design processes. - Assist in analyzing architectural/engineering alternatives and preparing design documentation. - Coordinate building design with other professionals and engineers. - Implement department and QA procedures. - Coordinate project details with peers from other departments to resolve issues and develop design modifications. - Prepare a complete set of architectural design construction drawings, documents, and specifications while maintaining graphical standards. Qualifications: - Awareness of architectural design in line with the company's project portfolio. - Understanding of technical building systems across design typologies. - Knowledge of international building codes, fire and life safety codes, disability codes, and building acoustics. - Familiarity with building material selections, faade design, signage, and maintenance systems. Education/Experience: - B.Arch. or M.Arch. from a reputable school. - 2 to 5 years of relevant experience with technical competency. - Proficiency in primary software like Revit, Sketchup, AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Additional knowledge of software such as Rhino, Grasshopper, Dynamo, Lumion, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Navisworks is a plus.,
