Location :- Nigdi Or Erandwane, Pune, Maharashtra

Experince :- Minimum 2 - 4 Years in Commercial Architecture.

Job Description :-

• Brand Alignment:

Ensuring that the architectural design of corporate spaces reflects and reinforces the company's brand identity, mission, and values.

• Space Planning:

Developing layouts and designs that optimize functionality, workflow, and employee experience within the corporate environment.

• Design Development:

Creating detailed architectural plans, including blueprints and specifications, for new construction, renovations, or expansions.

• Architectural Design:

Proficiency in architectural design principles and practices, including experience with both traditional and computer-aided design (CAD) tools.

• Project Management:

Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.

• Knowledge of Building Codes:

Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations, and local ordinances related to construction and design.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
