Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Architect with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Power Automate RPA and MS Power Automate. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can design and implement automation solutions to enhance business processes. The position operates during day shifts and does not require travel.

Responsibilities

Design and implement innovative automation solutions using Power Automate RPA to streamline business processes and increase efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Develop and maintain documentation for automation processes to ensure clarity and continuity.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members to ensure successful project delivery.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of automation solutions to identify areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in automation development.
Conduct regular reviews and updates of automation processes to align with evolving business needs.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to automation solutions promptly.
Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate it into future automation projects.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Power Automate technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Optimize existing automation workflows to enhance performance and reduce operational costs.
Coordinate with IT and business teams to ensure seamless integration of automation solutions.
Contribute to the companys strategic goals by driving innovation and efficiency through automation.

Qualifications

Possess a strong understanding of Power Automate RPA and its application in business environments.
Demonstrate proficiency in MS Power Automate and related tools.
Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Have a proven track record of successful automation project delivery.
Show strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
Display a keen attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Be adaptable to changing business needs and technological advancements.
