Architect

As an Architect, you will be responsible for a range of tasks throughout the project lifecycle. This includes interacting with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget during the project initiation phase. You will gather and review existing plans, photos, and documentation provided by the client to inform your design process. During the concept development phase, you will develop preliminary design concepts based on client input and present these concepts through virtual meetings. This may include sharing mood boards, sketches, and 3D visualizations. You will incorporate client feedback and refine design concepts accordingly to ensure alignment with their vision. In the design development stage, you will create detailed architectural and interior design plans, including floor plans, elevations, and sections. Material, finish, fixture, and furnishing selection will be guided by the design vision and budget. Additionally, you will prepare 3D renderings and virtual walkthroughs to help clients visualize the final design. Regular virtual meetings will be scheduled with clients for progress reviews, design discussions, and decision-making. You will provide digital presentations and documents for client review and approval, promptly addressing any concerns or modification requests. Collaboration with team members such as structural engineers, MEP engineers, and contractors is essential to ensure cohesive design implementation. Design files and documents will be shared through secure cloud-based platforms to facilitate easy access and collaboration. Comprehensive design documentation, including construction drawings, specifications, and schedules, will be prepared. Detailed instructions and guidelines will be provided to contractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution. As part of project management, you will oversee project progress remotely, conduct virtual site visits and inspections, and coordinate with clients and contractors to resolve design-related challenges. A virtual final review meeting will be scheduled to walk through the completed project with the client and address any final adjustments or punch list items. Post-completion support and virtual consultations will be offered to address any client questions or concerns after project completion.
