Architect Business develper

Dezario Interior LLP is a leading provider of Architect design and Built services, delivering innovative solutions for corporate, commercial and residential projects. We're seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to drive growth and expand our client base

As an Architect Business Development Executive, you will identify new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and drive sales growth. You will work closely with our Interior team to understand our capabilities and develop pitches that showcase our expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, research, and outreach.

2. Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders.

3. Develop and deliver pitches that showcase our MEP capabilities and solutions.

4. Collaborate with the MEP team to understand project requirements and develop tailored solutions.

5. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.

6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in MEP or construction.

2. Strong understanding of the MEP industry and services.

3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

5. Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
