Architect (B.ARCH Mandatory) 3+years experience

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect with an experience to 3 to 4 years to join our team. The role involves designing, planning, and overseeing architectural projects from concept to execution. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sensibility, technical expertise, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients, consultants, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop conceptual designs, presentations, and detailed architectural drawings.
• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements, preferences, and project goals.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and landscape consultants to ensure cohesive design solutions.
• Prepare and review construction drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality execution.
• Stay updated with current architectural trends, materials, and technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution
• Valid Council of Architecture (COA) registration.
• Proven experience in handling residential, interior projects (knowledge of landscape projects will be an added advantage)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and MS Office (knowledge of BIM is a plus).
• Strong understanding of construction methods, detailing, and materials.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Creative thinking with attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Interest in sustainable and green building practice (LEED/GRIHA knowledge is an advantage).
• Ability to manage projects and deadlines.
• Strong teamwork and client interaction skills.
