Job Title:

Architect (AutoCAD & Revit Specialist)

Position Summary

metal buildings, tilt-wall, commercial, or community facilities

Key Responsibilities

Develop architectural design drawings and construction documents using
AutoCAD and Revit
.
Coordinate architectural layouts with
structural, civil, and MEP teams
.
Assist in
3D BIM modeling
for clash detection, visualization, and project presentations.
Ensure all drawings and models comply with
IBC, local codes, and client requirements
.
Support preparation of submittals, permit packages, and client deliverables.
Participate in
design review meetings
and provide technical input to align design intent with engineering feasibility.
Maintain company drawing standards, templates, and version control for project files.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in architecture or related field.
3–5 years of experience in architectural design (experience with
metal buildings or structural projects
a plus).
Strong proficiency in
AutoCAD and Revit
(BIM required).
Familiarity with
building codes, construction practices, and permitting
.
Strong coordination and communication skills to work in multidisciplinary teams.
Ability to manage multiple project tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

Experience with
Autocad and Revit
Knowledge of
tilt-up wall, pre-engineered metal building, and commercial facility design
.
Visualization skills with tools like SketchUp, Lumion, or Enscape.
