Job Title: Architect Location: 201, Vishnu Place, East Boring Canal Road, Opp. Bharat Petroleum Pump, Patna, Bihar-800001 Type: Full-time About the Role: We are looking for an Architect who loves design, understands modern technology, and can manage building projects from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: Create building designs using tools like AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM Develop 3D models and visualizations for clients Work with engineers, contractors, and clients to bring designs to life Prepare technical drawings and documents Make sure designs follow building codes and safety rules Visit construction sites to check on progress and quality Use new technologies like VR/AR and sustainable design tools Keep projects on time and within budget Stay up to date with smart building trends and green architecture Requirements: Degree in Architecture (Bachelor’s or Master’s) Licensed or working toward licensure Strong skills in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite Good knowledge of construction methods and materials Able to communicate clearly with the team and clients Organized and able to manage multiple projects Bonus Skills (Preferred): Experience with LEED or sustainable design Knowledge of smart buildings and IoT in architecture What We Offer: Competitive pay and full benefits Support for learning new tech and certifications Team-focused and innovative work culture Work on exciting, modern building projects Job Types: Full-time, Internship Contract length: 3 months Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Commuter assistance Internet reimbursement Paid sick time Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 02/06/2025
