Job Description

Architect Assistant

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop architectural designs and layouts based on client requirements.
Prepare working drawings, construction details, and presentation documents.
Coordinate with structural, electrical, and
MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing)
consultants.
Conduct site visits to ensure design execution as per the plan.
Effectively use tools like
AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit
, and other design software.
Stay updated with building codes, regulations, and industry trends.

Skills Required

A Bachelor's degree in Architecture (
B.Arch
).
A minimum of
3 years of relevant experience
in architectural design and execution.
Strong knowledge of
AutoCAD, SketchUp
, and other design tools.
Good communication and project coordination skills.
The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
