Job Description

Job Description - Senior/Lead Java Architect (10-15 Years Experience) 10-15 years of strong hands-on experience in Java (8-17) with deep knowledge of OOP, Collections, Concurrency, Streams, JVM internals, memory management, and performance tuning. Expert-level experience in Spring Boot ecosystem including Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA/Hibernate, Spring Security/OAuth2, AOP, Caching, Messaging, and microservices best practices. Proven experience in designing and architecting large-scale, distributed, cloud-native microservices systems with high availability, scalability, and resilience. Deep experience with Apache Kafka including partitioning strategy, consumer group management, schema registry, error-handling strategies, event-driven architecture, and streaming patterns. Strong experience in system design, domain-driven design (DDD), event sourcing, CQRS patterns, and building fault-tolerant distributed systems.
