Job Description

The ideal candidate will be a qualified architect with the ability to create clear diagrams using AutoCAD. You should possess an in-depth understanding of all project completion steps and maintain effective communication with stakeholders to ensure timely execution. Regular quality assurance checks should be conducted to ensure compliance with regulations. Your responsibilities will include creating detailed plans and drawings that articulate the architectural design of the project, applying knowledge of engineering, mathematics, science, and materials to achieve the desired final product. Site evaluations must be performed to uphold work quality and safety standards, while providing oversight and recommendations throughout the construction process. Collaboration with various teams is essential to establish project goals, schedules, and budgets. To qualify for this role, you must hold a Bachelor's degree in architecture, along with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the field. Strong organizational, creative, and presentation skills are necessary, in addition to proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit. Preference will be given to candidates based in Mumbai who have prior experience working exclusively in Architectural Firms.,
