Architect

We are an Architectural firm based in Trivandrum in practice since 2014 doing various projects in Kerala and Tamilnadu looking for passionate Architects with the following eligibility to join our team

Qualifications. B Arch or diploma in Architecture (with 2 years exp)

Experience 5 years if diploma holder

To lead the team in conceptualization of design, preparing design documents, Presentations, developing working drawing and coordinating with site and the consultants.

Responsibilities

This is a full-time hybrid role as an Associate Project Architect at Arch-espaco located in Trivandrum. The Associate Project Architect will participate in designing and developing architectural projects from concept through construction and will be responsible for collaborating with other architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that design and construction are completed in accordance with plans and specifications. The Associate Project Architect will be responsible for creating project drawings, detailing construction plans, and reviewing contract documents while working alongside a team of Architects, Planners, and Designers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in the field of architecture
• If a Diploma holder Minimum 5 years of Experience
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Photoshop and other design software
• Experience in building detailing, specifications, and construction administration
• Experience in managing projects and working with cross-functional teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in sustainable design, models for energy use, and passive design techniques is a plus
• National Council of Architecture Registration is a plus
• Ability to take project independently and work in as team when required.
