Job Title: Architect

Job Description: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our team in Kanpur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing architectural designs, creating presentation documents, and producing working drawings. Proficiency in AUTOCAD , SKETCHUP , AI , MICROSOFT OFFICE is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
· Eager to learn and understand designs .
· Must ready for site visits .
· Prepare detailed drawings and presentation materials.
· Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements.
· Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
Required Skills:
· Proficiency in AUTOCAD , SKETCHUP, AI , MIRCOSOFT OFFICE .
· Strong drawing and design skills.
· Knowledge of interior designing and architectural design principles.
· Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
· Team spirit
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or related field.
· Freshers are welcome to apply.
· Portfolio and draft work samples are MANDATORY
