As a Project Coordinator & Architectural Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing architectural deliverables for multiple projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with project objectives. Your key responsibilities will include: - Overseeing architectural deliverables for multiple projects within the cluster - Facilitating seamless integration of MEP, structural, and design teams - Coordinating with internal teams to review project timelines and resolve issues - Leading the review and approval process of architectural designs - Providing constructive feedback and ensuring compliance with building codes - Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to develop high-quality marketing materials - Supporting site-level coordination and ensuring architectural execution - Participating in review meetings with internal departments and stakeholders - Monitoring quality standards and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's in Architecture (B.Arch.) - 10-12 years of work experience in architectural design and project coordination - Experience managing multiple residential or mixed-use development projects - Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and certification processes such as IGBC This position offers an opportunity to showcase your expertise in architectural design, project coordination, and stakeholder engagement.
