As a Project Coordinator in the architecture field, your responsibilities will include: - Overseeing architectural deliverables for multiple projects within the cluster, ensuring timely completion and alignment with overall project objectives. - Facilitating seamless integration of MEP, structural, and design teams to ensure project plans are executed in compliance with design specifications. - Coordinating with internal teams to review project timelines, resolve issues, and effectively allocate resources across multiple projects. You will also be responsible for: - Leading the review and approval process of architectural designs, including critical design elements like parking layouts and agreement plans. - Providing constructive feedback and ensuring corrections are integrated into final design documents. - Ensuring all designs comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and project-specific requirements. Additionally, your role will involve: - Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to contribute to the development of high-quality sales brochures and marketing materials. - Defining key architectural features of projects to align with sales objectives. - Creating engaging marketing collateral that showcases design elements, emphasizing functionality and aesthetic appeal. You will be expected to: - Support site-level coordination to ensure architectural execution aligns with approved designs and resolve on-site challenges related to architectural implementation. - Monitor construction activities to ensure architectural quality and design consistency. - Maintain communication with site teams to address discrepancies or design-related issues promptly. Furthermore, your responsibilities will include: - Participating in review meetings with internal departments to ensure smooth project progression. - Acting as a liaison between design teams, consultants, and internal stakeholders to share timely inputs and feedback. - Sharing updates on project status and addressing concerns raised by other departments or external consultants. In terms of qualifications, you should have: - Education Qualification: Bachelors in Architecture (B.Arch.) - Work Experience: 10-12 years in architectural design and project coordination, with a minimum of 5 years managing multiple residential or mixed-use development projects. - Preferred Industry Experience: Skilled in collaborating with MEP, structural, landscape, and design teams to resolve on-site challenges and implement design modifications. - Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and a strong understanding of certification processes, including IGBC.,
